01 · The Beginning
It started with a bottle of fish oil for Mum
In 2019, Nan was studying in Sydney. Before every trip home, her mum would ask her to bring back something simple — a bottle of fish oil, a jar of honey, or prenatal vitamins.
She noticed many friends faced the same problem: authentic Australian products were hard to source from China, overpriced through middlemen, and delivery was unpredictable. She knew it could be done better.
So she rented a 40m² warehouse in Chatswood, listed her first 15 products, and checked every invoice herself. Back then, she packed and labelled every order by hand.
